From Coast to Coast

Hello! I'm Jillian, and I am a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. I'm the SLP for 5 (!!) high schools in Northern California. Two things I never saw for myself: moving to a semi-rural area across the country and working in the schools.

As an NC native and University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and University of South Carolina graduate, the Carolinas were my home. But, the heart wants what the heart wants... so I decided to follow my boyfriend to Northern California after completing my Master's in Speech-Language Pathology. Imagine moving to a city where you don't know anyone and getting a job you don't want... That was my reality 2 years ago, but with every challenge comes growth! I'm starting my 3rd year working in the high school setting out here in semi-rural NorCal, and I'm loving [almost] every minute.

When I'm not working, I spend my time renovating our house, experimenting with gluten-free cooking, and exploring the West Coast!
